AquaPup Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order shipped quickly. All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days of being placed. AquaPup does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays — orders placed during this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after shipment, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement right away.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery speed is largely up to the carrier, so factors like weather or customs can occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping
We're happy to ship internationally. Just note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. AquaPup isn't able to take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, so it's best to get it right at checkout. If you catch a mistake right away, reach out and we'll do what we can before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems to be taking longer than expected or appears lost, reach out to us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
