At AquaPup, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order, and we want every customer to be fully informed about our sales terms before making a purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines important details regarding the finality of sales made through AquaPup.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through AquaPup are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any AquaPup products once an order has been placed and processed, except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase with AquaPup, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the product details, sizing information, and descriptions provided, and that you accept the item as described at the time of purchase.

We understand that shopping online means you cannot physically inspect a product before buying it, which is why AquaPup works hard to provide detailed product descriptions, images, and information to help you make an informed decision before completing your order. We encourage all customers to carefully review all available product information, ask any questions through our support team, and confirm sizing or fit needs prior to checkout, as AquaPup is unable to accept returns or issue refunds after an order has been completed.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

AquaPup does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with a product once it has been purchased. We ask that customers take the time to review sizing details and product specifications before placing an order, as these factors are the responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales through AquaPup are final, we want to ensure customers receive products in good condition. If your AquaPup order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at aqua_pup@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. AquaPup will review such claims on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion. This is not a guarantee of refund or replacement, but rather an opportunity for AquaPup to review legitimate manufacturing or shipping issues.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed with AquaPup, we begin processing it promptly in order to ensure fast shipping times. As a result, AquaPup is unable to accommodate order cancellations once an order has been submitted and confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. AquaPup is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, and such issues do not qualify for a refund or replacement under this policy.

Promotional and Sale Items

All items purchased during promotional sales, discount events, or with the use of a discount code through AquaPup are also considered final sale, in accordance with the terms outlined above. The same no-refund policy applies regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price or on sale.
